HR Associates Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the business to achieve talent bench targets including diversity targets from attraction to retention
  2. Ensure manpower planning, organizational design for efficiency (as per agreed business org design), and resources for all commercial roles
  3. Provides HR consultation to the Commercial and support functions leadership teams on all people-related matters

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain the brand information systems and Brand KPIs scorecard, in partnership with Consumer Insights, analyze information, and propose action plans to the Senior Marketing Manager: Grains, Foods & Snacks, and Country GM.
  2. Set out clear market and brand KPIs for each innovation, and concept in partnership with Consumer Insights

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with PepsiCo Corporate Tax and external Tax consultants in relation to emerging Tax laws, identify and implement optimum tax planning arrangements for the business.
  2. Drive productivity through understanding and exploring all potential tax savings available to the business including project definition and leadership to deliver Tax savings.
  3. Support to review all drafts of legislation, ensuring compliance with the Tax Laws as it relates to Nigeria and PepsiCo.
  4. Understand, document, and communicate potential tax risks including but not limited to uncertain tax positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements, applicable standards, and controls (Executing action).
