Vacancies and Requirements

Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drives high-Quality Talent review sessions.
  2. Coordinates the Talent Review Process for shopfloor(offline) & front liner population with respective Line Managers for identifying HIPOs & A players.
  3. Cooperates with the line manager to address underperformance during the period agreed for improvement.
  4. Educates Line Managers on performance standards and supports calibration of performance ratings.
  5. Monitors the People Cost and makes sure that respective actions are in place to improve
    People Cost % of Net Sales Revenue (NSR).

Requirements

  • 5 years of proven track record of HR business partnership, preferably in an FMCG company
  • Working experience in the HR area of the F&B sector will be a competitive advantage
  • Strong business awareness combined with solid functional expertise

Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with the other Area Audit Managers to deliver a harmonized audit approach across all areas.
  2. Prepare, submit & manage the department budget, and approval expenses incurred by the team.
  3. Provide support and guidance to the Team with clarity on deliverables and expectations.
  4. Lead the delivery of high-quality financial and operational audits across NBC.
  5. Prepare and communicate the basis, related risk assessment, and timing of the audits/ projects to Senior Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / University Degree Level education in Accounting or a Finance related subject.
  • 10 years of experience in an audit leadership position, demonstrating high proficiency in financial and comprehensive auditing, risk management, and people management.
  • Accounting /auditing-related professional qualifications such as at a minimum ICAN, ACA, ACCA.
  • Additional, CIA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent qualifications are desirable.

  2. Long-term Talent Acquisition planning: Provides analyses and trends from external market to LMs, Opportunities for strengthening the pipeline through TA.

Consumer Insights Manager – Emerging Categories

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Devise, manage and deliver insights to Integrated Marketing to support package design, design guidance, and standards and apply thinking marketing around the E2E consumer journey (Experience Orchestration and Experience Consistency).
  2. Collaborate with integrated Marketing to understand and incorporate category consumer and consumption insights.
  3. Define and action testing protocols for integrated Marketing campaigns.
  4. Perform ad hoc research (e.g., for global campaigns and innovation projects).
  5. Function network contribution, share insights from Africa Operating Unit and learnings (including from successful localized campaigns), capabilities development, and apply best practices from the global Human Insights network.

Shopper and Consumer Media Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Cross-Functional team of Brand, Integrated Marketing Communications, and Customer teams to deliver integrated communications programs.
  2. Activate programs with external media agencies and vendor companies and serve as day-2-day contact for questions and deliverables.
  3. Assess results of programs, provide post-program reviews that capture learnings, and incorporate them into future work.
  4. Understand program impact across the full path-to-purchase considering shopper/consumer/bottler in the planning process.
  5. Constantly strive to leverage media tools (analytics, Marketing mix modeling, audience data, bespoke research, and Integrated Marketing Communications ( Tracking, competitive reporting) to close the loop of impressions, expressions, conversations, and actions through to transactions and advocacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Media, or Connections Planning/Technology.
  • Experience with strategy development and media planning and buying both online and offline
  • Possess strong analytical skills and understanding of “Media Math” concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of digital display, mobile, video, and programmatic.
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of paid search and social media.
  • Basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative, and budget requirements.
